When it comes to marketing, Encore Resort Homes is always thinking outside of the box to generate sales from International investors. Encore Sales Professionals travel and network with Real Estate partners from all over the world! For Encore, the breakdown of sales is this: 35 percent Brazilian, 30 percent from the United States, 10 percent from Canada, 7 percent from China, 7 percent from the Middle East, and 7 percent from elsewhere in Latin America. The remaining 4 percent are from around the world.
Davi DeCampos, Encore’s Realtor Concierge, travels to Brazil frequently for speaking engagements, networking events and meetings with Encore’s business partners. Davi’s goals are to generate awareness about Encore Resort Homes in south and Central America, bringing in sales from foreign investors.
Our marketing team came up with “Follow Ambassador Davi through Brazil” campaign to showcase the Brazilian culture and engage the Brazilian people on our social media networks, creating greater exposure for Encore Resort Homes.
